After making a reservation with us, we will send you a booking agreement form which will include dates, rates and the Terms & Conditions.
Please return this form signed by the leader of your group (must be 21 or older) within 48 hours along with a $300 non-refundable deposit. If this is not received within that time the reservation will automatically be cancelled unless other arrangements have been made.
Once the the booking agreement form and deposit have been received, the contract is considered to be in place and binding.
